PriRoden was founded by Hari Nalbantov to build homes the way they were built before speed replaced sense: with materials that don't fight the people living inside them, and methods proven over centuries rather than invented last quarter.
Hari is a pioneer in sustainable construction in Bulgaria, widely recognised for his expertise in wood-based building systems.
We focus on building techniques that work in harmony with nature. Through this work, we champion the use of natural materials and innovative, sustainable methods, such as the Thoma Holz100 system. With our team, we build timber structures that are not only good for the environment, but deeply beneficial for the people who live in them.
